Hello to all my foodie friends!
This winter I am working on building a series of blogs here at www.oldemill.net to educate and entertain our members and guests from all over the globe. I will be reviewing the trends in food and dining, new wine releases and what to pair with them, different styles of cheeses, local and international beers, and introducing local farmers and winemakers. Of course I will also be posting some of my favorite recipes along the way as well. I am currently in Chicago meeting with different chefs and picking their brains on the trends in the food world today. As you know, Chicago is home to some of the most famous restaurants and chefs in the world. Even the fast food is good in Chicago! I hope to use the cutting edge trends here to better develop delicious offerings for our guests at our beautiful mountain resort. 2010 is going to be an exciting year for us all here at Olde Mill Golf Resort.
