        On going renovations at the 18th hole continue through mid June.  Maples crew have been hard at work moving tons (literally) of dirt to re-slope the 18th fairway.

     Also pictured in the background is the existing condos and the new Overlook condos being built.   The 18th was a par 5 before the renovations began, with the changes it will play as a par 4. Making the 18th a more challenging finish to the round.  Blue Ridge Mountain Golf at its finest.

Renovations nearing completion on 5th green

     The Maples crew is just finishing work on a breath taking rock wall around the 5th green. The rock wall was inspired by Bradley Maples (Dan Maples son) this is a great addition to a scenic hole.  All of  the stone for the wall was collected from the property here at Olde Mill. 

     This will make for an exciting approach shot over water to the  green. Making this par 5 one of the priemere holes in the Blue Ridge Mountains.  Come escape to mountain golf at it’s finest nestled just off the Blue Ridge Parkway at Olde Mill.

Hole 10 at Olde Mill

During the upcoming winter months we will be on the road promoting one of the best Virginia Golf Resorts Olde Mill.  Along with being a premier Virginia Golf Resort Olde Mill also wants to be known for its sales of Mountain Homes In Virginia.  We will be going to Louisville, KY on Jan. 8-10, Columbus, OH Jan. 15-17, Cleveland, OH Feb. 19-21, Toronto CAN March 5-7 and finally Pittsburgh, PA March 12-14.  We hope to not only promote Olde Mill as a Mountain Golf Community, but the surrounding area with the Blue Ridge Parkway and local wineries.  If your at any of these locations during these dates please stop by and visit us!
